Who We Work With
How We Work
Why Choose Forty First?
Sam McArthur has over ten years experience in client-facing roles ranging
from the MoD and large corporates to SMEs. Her interest in the internet
began in 1996 when she first went online, and has been practising search
engine marketing for over 7 years, establishing Forty First in 2002.
Based on the south coast of England, she works as an online marketing & SEO consultant for small/medium
sized businesses based in the Hampshire & Sussex areas, as well as further
afield.
Sam’s experience of working both client-side and agency-side means
her experience provides clients with a website consultancy rather than
just ‘search engine marketing’. Specialisms include consulting on
website content to make websites more ‘sticky’ and increase
conversions, search engine optimisation, pay per click advertising,
link building & general online marketing consultations.
She
is a qualified Google Adwords Professional, meaning she has
in depth knowledge of the Adwords system. Her
free monthly newsletter, Marketing Karma, gives advice and tips
on online marketing in a non-techie way.
With a degree in European Studies and fluency in French, Sam also
promotes websites for companies wishing to enter the French market.
Her experience includes promoting French websites, and working with
a range of small and large organisations from writing website content
to search engine optimisation and pay per click campaigns – you
can read more case studies by clicking here.
When you work with Forty First, you can expect to see
sustained changes in the performance of your website. Not only will
your website be much more easily found by potential visitors, your visitors
will be more qualified prospects, ready to do business.
Has the internet hype and stories of 'cowboys' put you off from
promoting your website?
Our experience of working 'in-house' as well as for well-known internet
marketing agencies means that we will always use ethical techniques
to promote your website and you will always know exactly what we are
doing to promote your website. Unethical techniques promising quick
results can not only harm your website, but also your reputation in
the long run.
We promise no techie talk or geekspeak, or you can complain to
Spike, the office manager.
